YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy, clearly.
The inquiry form
If you choose Send enquiry, the form sends the buyer details and sourcing brief you entered to the TerraGlobals hosting server for delivery to info@terraglobals.com. The form handler keeps no separate enquiry database. Submitted messages are processed by the hosting and email services and retained in our business mailbox to handle your enquiry. To reduce abuse, the handler stores salted IP hashes and hourly counters without form answers. Inactive IP counters older than 24 hours are removed on subsequent submissions; hosting logs follow the provider’s policies. If submission is unavailable, your entries remain in the page so you can download the brief.
Downloading or emailing a brief
Downloading creates a text file on your device. The email action opens your email application with a draft. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider processes messages according to its own policies.
Images and external links
Reference photographs load from Unsplash, Wikimedia, and credited stone photography sources, whose servers receive ordinary request information such as your IP address. Opening a WhatsApp or other external link takes you to that service and its privacy practices apply.
Campaign links
If you arrive through a campaign link, its campaign labels are held in memory while you browse this site and included in the enquiry brief you choose to download, prepare, or submit. We do not store them in cookies or browser storage, and a reload clears them unless the link still contains those labels. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics are connected. Enquiry download and draft actions emit local browser events containing the action name and item count, without form answers; these events are not transmitted by this site.
Site hosting
The site does not add marketing trackers or analytics. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
Email delivery status
The mailbox info@terraglobals.com is active. The optional server submission passes the enquiry to the host's local mail service. A successful response means accepted for delivery, not confirmed inbox receipt. This notice must be reviewed before enabling analytics or other personal-data processing.
